The first gathering of The Soft Life Collective is an intimate experience centered on mind and body wellness. It is designed for women who carry much, who give often, and who deserve a moment to simply receive.
Through guided conversation, restorative practices, and genuine connection, A Seat at the Table creates space to rest, reflect, and be renewed. This is not a conference. It is a carefully held experience built around the belief that softness is not weakness — it is a form of strength worth protecting.
